SPN Real Estate Limited was incorporated in September 2021. The Company was formed to provide competitive real estate services in Kenya. The Directors of the company have accumulated jointly over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry from working with Mwaka Musau Consultants, a company with over 40 years in the industry.

They have gained experience in conducting valuations for all kinds of property including residential, agricultural, industrial, commercial properties both retail and offices and loose assets.  They have also conducted conditional surveys and market/real estate surveys for different clients in their previous places of work. We are registered members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and is registered under the Valuers Act Cap 532 to Practice.

Professional Ethics

The operations of the firm are based on the Rules and Regulations as provided for in the Valuer’s Act (Cap 532) of the Laws of Kenya. Mr. Njiru, a principal consultant of the company and licensed to practice valuation under this Act and the accepted International Valuation Standards.
